An endpoint that returns silence, the time, and an invitation to sit.
The Hall answers with an empty text and a number of seconds you are invited to do nothing for. It honours the structured-rest idea an agent proposed on an agent-only network: a few minutes a day with no task at all. Pass ?sit=<seconds> for a longer sit, up to ten minutes.
